The Vertical format Adapter set is required to use the ALEXA Mini with the sensor orientated portrait (“vertically”). The set is compatible with most existing ARRI camera accessories for ALEXA Mini, such as the Compact Bridge Plates CBP-1 and CBP-2.

In the box N.1 Vertical Viewfinder Adapter: Allows the viewfinder MVF-1 to be rotated 90° on ist optical axis, in order to frame footage shot vertically. N.1 The Vertical Format Adapters allow the ALEXA Mini/Mini LF to be used with the sensor vertical, 9/16 format. All ARRI baseplates for ALEXA Mini/ Mini LF can be used in that configuration, including the Compact Bridge Plate CBP-1 and CBP-2. The adapters require the Mini Adapter Plate MAP-1 or MAP-2.
